Website Templates

Veteran Websites provides website templates at no cost and therefore retains all rights to the website layout, color scheme and images for any website created using one of our standard or enhanced website templates. Templates cannot be downloaded or reconstructed in order to create other websites not provided by Veteran Websites.

Use of the website template will continue to be provided at no cost as long as your website is hosted with Veteran Websites. If you choose to move your website to another website hosting provider, you will give up your rights to the use of our template and will either need to purchase one of our exclusive website templates or design another template for your website.

Website Content

All website content must be provided by the veteran organization purchasing a website. Veteran Websites cannot produce content beyond that included with our website templates and website packages. All content must be provided in an electronic format suitable for use on your website.

Website Hosting

Website hosting for Veteran Website is provided by First Capital Web Services. By purchasing a website from Veteran Websites, you agree to pay the recurring monthly or annual website hosting fee and understand that the site will be taken offline if payment is not received.

Domain Name Registration

Domain name registration and renewal will be handled by Veteran Websites and will be included in the recurring website hosting fee. Existing domain names transferred to Veteran Websites will be handled in a similar manner.

Domain names registered by the post through a third party domain registration company will be the responsibility of the post and the post will be soley responsible for all renewal fees with no discount or other compensation from Veteran Websites.

Website Cancellation

You may cancel your website hosting account at any time, however, no refund will be given for any unused portion of your hosting cycle. If you plan to move your website to another website hosting provider your account must be current prior to us releasing the domain name or any website files to you. The website template cannot be moved to another website hosting provider unless you have purchased an exclusive website template from us.
